Your data is used solely to manage your membership, process payments, facilitate event bookings, and communicate Society updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
All personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers within the UK and EU. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our systems. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose or as required by law.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw consent or object to processing. To exercise any right, contact us at the address in our Privacy Policy.
Lawful Basis
We process your data on the lawful bases of consent (which you provide at the point of membership signup, application, or event booking) and contractual necessity (to fulfil your membership agreement). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
