Terms of Membership

By applying for, purchasing, or activating a subscription membership with The Visionaries Society ("the Society", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Membership ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you") and The Visionaries Society.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not proceed with your membership application, check out, or process your subscription payment. Continued use of member benefits following any amendment to these Terms constitutes absolute acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Society offers three distinct monthly subscription tiers. By activating a tier, you agree to the specific operational boundaries below.

Membership fees are billed on an automated, recurring monthly subscription basis from the calendar date your subscription is activated. All prices are stated in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment data, you authorise The Visionaries Society to automatically charge your nominated payment method on each rolling billing cycle. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your payment credentials remain current and valid.

In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to instantly suspend all member privileges, deactivate your digital workspace access keys, and remove your profile from our private WhatsApp community channels until the outstanding balance is settled.

You may cancel your rolling membership subscription at any time by managing your account parameters through your member workspace or by submitting a written notice to our team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current, pre-paid monthly billing period; you will retain access to your designated member channels and event benefits until that exact expiry date.

Membership subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused portions of an active billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact our data coordinator within 14 days of the charge.

The Society reserves the absolute right to terminate a membership immediately, without notice or refund, in cases of material breach of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful, toxic, or disruptive to the Society or its active members.

Membership of The Visionaries Society is a distinct privilege extended solely to vetted founders and professionals. Members are expected to conduct themselves with absolute integrity, mutual respect, and high professionalism across all digital community channels, virtual masterclasses, and live local networking events.

To protect the ecosystem's premium value, we enforce a strict Three-Strike Regulation:

All content, graphic marks, digital materials, strategic templates, session recordings, branding roadmaps, and intellectual property made available through your membership — including but not limited to the gold-crested monogram insignia, text guides, and exclusive resources produced by the Society — remain the exclusive property of The Visionaries Society.

Members are granted a restricted, personal, non-transferable licence to use such materials solely for their own professional development. Reproduction, redistribution, recording, or external commercial exploitation of Society materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

The Visionaries Society provides membership benefits, event calendars, and community tracks in good faith. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, commercial revenue targets, corporate scale metrics, or guaranteed professional client introductions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Visionaries Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your membership. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in that exact month.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The Visionaries Society reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material baseline updates via notification email or through your customer workspace profile. Your continued membership following such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
