The Data We Collect & Purposes

We collect, store, and process personal data across our ecosystem to deliver your private club membership, optimise event ticketing, and manage platforms.

Identity & Profile DataFull name, legal business names, corporate URLs, social media handles, and personal branding profiles. Processed under the lawful basis of contract execution and vetting.

Contact DataBilling address, operational office locations, phone numbers, and transactional email addresses.

Financial & Subscription DataPayment processing metrics, membership tier subscription history (£35/mo, £99/mo, or £250/mo cycles). All credit card data is securely tokenised and handled strictly by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors (Stripe).

Functional Interaction DataMobile phone numbers used to access and communicate within our private WhatsApp Collective Community sub-channels, and data submitted through our vetting intake form.

Data Retention & Security

We store your data securely within encrypted database networks. Your information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil your membership tier contract, process ongoing event ticket allocations, or comply with statutory financial accounting laws.

When you cancel your subscription, your data is securely archived or permanently erased from active tracking loops.

Third-Party Transfers & Processors

We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal information to unvetted third parties. To run our digital platform architecture, we securely share specific data paths with trusted data processors.
